Garage Conversion

The brief was to convert this old garage with a room above it to a self sufficient annexe with two entrances and a showroom feel garage beneath for our client to keep his car collection. There was no plumbing or electricity and one internal staircase.

Bunny worked closely with the contractors on all aspects of the design from the structural engineer to internal structure and spatial planning. We created two new entrances. The end result is a lovely studio flat with a terrace and smart light garage beneath.
